Digital Imaging Capture and Import Module
The Digital Imaging Capture and Import Module allows the system to import documents and images from files stored locally or on your network, and from WIA compliant devices (most scanners, digital cameras, etc.).
All files imported may be associated directly to a case and/or item, and viewed online or printed as desired.
The Digital Imaging Module includes a SLR-Style High Resolution Digital Camera and all necessary software.

Digital Signature Module
Signatures will always be required for certain authorizations, which normally detracts from leading a paperless office.
Using the PRIMS Digital Signature Module, these signatures can be captured digitally, stored securely within the PRIMS database and viewed or printed as necessary.
The Digital Signature Module includes a Topaz Signature Pad and all necessary software.

Touch Screen Module
The PRIMS Touch Screen Module is primarily created for easy and accurate entry of information from an officer's station.
Using this feature, a system user or officer can log in and perform all necessary data entry tasks without the use of a keyboard or mouse. All selections and the base navigation have been designed to quickly and efficiently log evidence, allowing your officers to return to their duties as quickly as possible.
The Touch Screen Module includes a 15" Touch Screen Monitor and all necessary software. Multiple or larger monitors may be requested.

Mobile Inventory Management
PRIMS 5G is integrated with a variety of Symbol Mobile devices, including the MC50, MC3000, and MC9000. These portable devices allow for quick and easy data collection, inventory management, movement, and signature capture without the need for a desktop computer or laptop. Using this device, items may be signed off by judges while at the court house, and inventory catalogued while on-scene.
